Blest are those who are in Jesus

1.
Blest are those who are in Jesus; There’s no condemnation there.
Those who walk here in the Spirit, Love for all God’s laws they share.
Life and peace in God they’ll harvest; Pow’r and courage they’ll obtain.
Content in their lives increases; Jesus’ fullness they will gain.
Chorus:
Are you seeking peace and gladness?
Do you long for happiness?
Dwell in Jesus and be righteous.
Joy eternal you’ll possess.
2.
Do you long to be like Jesus? Will you in His footsteps go?
You will meet humiliation, Suff’rings, battles here below.
Do you want to lay your life down, Be a sacrifice for Him?
On this path you’ll find true gladness. You will be set free from sin.
3.
Do you want to follow Jesus, More and more like Him to be?
He is able to transform you, If His glory you can see.
Will you give up carnal pleasures—“No” to all of them to say?
If you want to live in vict’ry. You must walk the narrow way.
4.
Think—with Christ to share His glory!—Through His death His life attain.
Think that He will count us worthy; Living Bread from Him we’ll gain.
Let us walk here circumspectly, Faithful be in everything.
Then we always will be able Light and salt to earth to bring.
