Come, lift your voices; O let us sing
Of life eternal with Christ our King.
His blessed kingdom shall ever last,
When all that’s temp’ral is gone and past.

There in His kingdom of righteousness,
Each word and action will be to bless.
In perfect pureness shall all be done,
As never seen here beneath the sun.

Sometimes we’ve glimpses of righteousness
Here on the earth, bringing happiness.
We see in part what fulfilled shall be
In God’s perfection eternally.

A royal kingdom with Christ we’ll share,
Not merely sleeping or dreaming there.
We’ll live and work as with wisdom we
O’er the new earth rule eternally.

Think, no complaining or bitter word!
For no such thing there shall e’er be heard.
And every soul in accord so blest
Shall do his work in God’s perfect rest.

6.

Here on the earth it’s a sight so fair
When bride and bridegroom God’s blessings share.
Think how much greater to be Christ’s bride,
Who will forever with Him abide.
