Who's she who arises, so graceful and pure

1.
Who’s she who arises, so graceful and pure,
From desert’s dry sand and sin?
Upon her Beloved she’s leaning, secure;
She sees no one else besides Him.
Chorus:
This is the bride who just follows God’s Lamb,
Sharing His suff’ring, His cross and its shame,
Seeking to please Him with pure love unfeigned,
For Jesus alone she loveth.
2.
So burned by the sun and so black she’s become,
Yet beautiful she has grown—
A fountain sealed up and a garden enclosed,
Belonging to Jesus alone!
3.
’Tis she who is dressed in white linen so fine
To wear at the marriage feast.
So brightly the deeds of her righteousness shine;
With her is the Bridegroom well pleased.
