We thank You, God, for making us a way
Through Christ’s own flesh, to follow day by day.
From all the wise and prudent it’s concealed;
But to the babes and lowly it’s revealed.

Thanks for our high and holy calling great.
O brother, sister, wake ere it’s too late.
Become like Christ in everything you do.
To such a life the Lord is calling you.

Thanks for Your Spirit, given when we pray,
Which gives us pow’r to be completely saved.
On all who will, it’s poured abundantly
And gives us strength for constant victory.

Thanks for Your Word, like water, pure and clear.
It’s flowing out to all, both far and near.
Thanks for the faith which I from You receive;
All things are possible when I believe.

Thanks for the trials—bitter, hard, and long;
They lead to peace and fill our lives with song.
Thanks, Lord, for grace to help in time of need;
You will uphold us till from sin we’re freed.
