Here before God's face we stand, youth so full of hope

1.
Here before God’s face we stand, youth so full of hope.
From the Holy Place we come like Ophir’s gold.
Filled with courage, strength, and might, now we raise the cry,
“War ’gainst Satan! War ’gainst sinning! We’ll fight till we die!”
Chorus:
Lord, Thy young ones stand before Thee
Clothed in power and light.
Sure in faith and purpose, we advance with might!
2.
In our fathers’ steps we’ll go, take the Promised Land.
Joshua’s, Caleb’s spirit strengthens our weak hand.
All the giants of the land underfoot we’ll tread.
All the mighty foes of Jesus—they shall be our bread.
(Numb. 14:24; 13:33)
