See your home, your rightful home!

1.
See your home, your rightful home!
In God’s temple you’re a stone.
Don’t forget, this is your call;
Hasten on and give your all.
Chorus:
O what joy! We shall be there
In the New Jerusalem,
Where the Lamb’s the sun, the light,
In our blest, eternal home.
2.
All on earth to me grows dim
When my vision rests on Him.
He is all in all things there;
Yet His glory we may share.
3.
O how great this mystery!—
Christ the Head, His body we!
Wisdom, hidden and concealed,
Now by Christ has been revealed.
4.
What a building it will be!
Work of ages we shall see.
All God’s wisdom there displayed;
With God’s glory it’s arrayed.
5.
O this city, full of peace,
As God’s temple ne’er shall cease;
’Twill in splendor radiate,
Filled with all His glory great.
