Horten, 2/11-1937
Dear brother Elias Aslaksen.
Peace from God in our lord Jesus Christ.

I am very thankful for yours english letters, but to answer in the same language is for me instruktive work.

I am very thankful to God, the most high Father, for every able minister on the ground of resurrection. He gave gifts into men. He ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

Yours letter from Måløy gave me occasion to see you and the other friends ascended. You could’nt remember such a conversation, and unutterable rich, and I hope very fruitfull, conversation. All these is «ascended service».

Once I was at Måløy my service was descended, and the joy perhaps not so great. But I am very happy for yours ascended service.

God bless you.

Yours, sincerely brother

Hilsen fra oss alle her.

Din
