God in these last days is speaking

1.
God in these last days is speaking
By His Word, with faith and light.
Every soul with ears to hear Him,
By His hand He guides aright.
Led by Him into the sanctu’ry,
Where God’s glory is revealed;
There His laws and His commandments
In their hearts and minds are sealed.
2.
From the tumult He doth lead them
To the cross and narrow way.
There they meet in deep communion;
Life and oneness grow each day.
Hearts become so soft and humbled
By His mighty grace and love.
Joy this world can never fathom
Fills their hearts from God above.
3.
Now the Holy Spirit gathers
Jesus’ bride to take her home.
For her future home and calling
Ready now she must become.
Thus a child of dust and sorrow,
Born in sin and bondage sore,
Was the one He chose to marry.
His she’ll be forevermore.
4.
’Neath reproach and shame she’s hidden;
Quietly her cross she bears.
She partakes of God’s pure nature;
Royal garments she prepares.
Faithfully her life she cleanses
From all bondage unto sin.
Life of righteousness and virtue
From her Bridegroom grows within.
5.
Now so free, so light, she runneth,
More so as the Day draws nigh.
Further from the world He leads her
Into rest as days go by.
All the treasures that she finds are
Hidden till her wedding day,
When she’s to her King presented,
Clothed in glorious array.
6.
Like a thief will be His coming,
When the Bridegroom takes His bride.
To Himself He then will draw her;
Nevermore she’ll leave His side.
Death and grave—yea, bonds and prisons
Then will have to loose their prey.
None shall hold what Jesus owneth,
Nor resist Him on that day.
