Only Help—Only Advantages—Only Income—No Hindrances

Yes, that is how it is according to Romans 8:28 for everyone who loves God with an undivided heart. God loves everyone who has this mind to such a dizzying degree! And He guides everything and everyone to such an indescribable degree, so that everything that is said or done is bound to serve us for our very best whether we like it or not. It is a direct and an indirect help, advantage, and gain!

If we overcome we are thereby strengthened for our next victory. If we do not overcome it is to our great advantage, because now we will be more attentive during the time of grace since it will create a greater sorrow according to the mind of God so that we can overcome next time around!

It can sound impossible that it is only to our advantage in every possible way, but this is how much God loves those who love Him. Strangely enough, one of the most difficult things is to believe that God loves us so very much. As far as that goes, we dwell far too much on the point that we do not deserve it! It is very important for us to dwell much on how very much God loves us, because this creates a corresponding reciprocal love!

Just think! Only help, only advantages, only income without ceasing! And never any hindrances! Nobody stands in our way! Nobody can harm us as truly as we love God with all our heart! This is also written very plainly in 1 Peter 3:13: “And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good?”

It is simply impossible!!! Evil people can only harm those who do not love God, or in other words: only those who are like-minded!

However, doing our own will can hinder us in one way, namely, as we had thought to do it. However, this too is a glorious help, a great advantage!

Advantages every which way! Advantages now, as well as for all eternity! Who would not be happy and rejoice?!
