An Open Heaven!

Let us be glad and rejoice! “Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.” Rev. 19:11-13.

We have not learned to know Jesus like this if sin is manifested in our life. All these crowns are Christ’s virtues. They are crowns of victory; Jesus fought and overcame for each crown. The bride is dressed in perfect purity. The bridal covenant must be eternal, and in this covenant we have a right of inheritance to share all things with the Father, the Son, and all the saints.

Today there is much ungodliness, which has greatly defiled children, young people, and older people. Many marriages are short-lived. Hopelessness and all manner of egotism seep in and are the cause of all kinds of misery.

White horses signify purity and strength. When we think about engagements that take place in these days, it is rare that the young couples are “dressed in the garment of purity.”

The way goes through sufferings to an eternal glory. Jesus wants to have a lasting and eternal connection. Unfaithfulness and worldliness do not result in happiness and joy.

“I will betroth you to Me forever; yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and justice, in loving-kindness and mercy; I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, and you shall know the Lord.” Hos. 2:19-20.
