“In the Same Measure . . . .”

No more! And no less! Exactly the same! God is perfect! To what does this apply? To which matters and to which areas? To each matter and to everything possible! Throughout all the ages! Without partiality!

Whatever a man sows, he will and must reap! Everything goes according to the laws of nature and according to the laws of the Spirit of life! This applies to both evil and good. And it goes according to measure and weight.

For this very reason the wisest thing I can possibly do is to be extremely diligent to pay attention to each word of life in the Scriptures, for the purpose of finding the divine laws of the Spirit of life so I can follow them precisely for my own and the other people’s best.

Precisely as much as each person has exalted himself, so he will also be humbled to the exact same measure by God—as deeply and as thoroughly. God will judge him just as harshly as he has judged others.

To the same degree that you were generous, gave away, lent, shared with others of what you have, served and sacrificed yourself, were merciful to others and were longsuffering with them—God will bless you. And to the degree that you were eager to forgive and forget other people’s faults, to that same degree God will also be kind and eager to forgive you. How wise it is to arrange your life like this! And how wise it is to seek out, and find, all the laws of life with the greatest zeal, so that we can follow these laws with everything that is in us!

“He who has My commandments and keeps them . . . .” John 14:21. First, we must have His laws in our inner being; then we can keep them!
