The Condition . . .

The Condition . . .

for having all your sins forgiven is obviously, that you are dead serious about wanting to stop sinning; otherwise it would be meaningless.

Therefore it is written, “Go and sin no more.” John 8:11. And, “Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” John 5:14. And, “Wake up in earnest and sin no more . . . .” 1 Cor. 15:34. “That you may not sin.” 1 John 2:1. And in Romans 6:1-2, “Shall we continue in sin? . . . Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?”

“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8. He came for the purpose of putting an end to sinning!!! The words of Scripture on this point are crystal clear. If you take this away—as almost the entire religious world has done—the result is a mutilated and false gospel, a harlot gospel.

Sirach writes, “Bind not up sin twice; for in one sin you shall not be unpunished.” Eccles. 7:9. And, “In all your matters, remember your last end, and you will never sin.” Ch. 7:37. It succeeds by faith!!!
