Do You Believe Romans 8:28?

Do you believe that all things work together for good to those who love God? We must unequivocally affirm that what we believe works together for our good, that we rejoice over it, and that we are heartily thankful for it!

For this very reason, believing in Romans 8:28 must necessarily lead to the fact that I do not:

  • 1. Get angry.
  • 2. Feel offended.
  • 3. Feel insulted.
  • 4. Act impetuously.
  • 5. Lose my self-control.
  • 6. Become jealous.
  • 7. Become envious.
  • 8. Lose courage.
  • 9. Become bitter.
  • 10. Bear a grudge against anyone.
  • 11. Demand a divorce.
  • 12. Marry another person if I am divorced.
  • 13. Complain about anything.
  • 14. Murmur.
  • 15. Become dissatisfied.
  • 16. Avenge myself.
  • 17. Take what belongs to others.
  • 18. Do anything that is false or deceptive.
  • 19. Busy myself with borrowing money or getting someone to be my guarantor.
  • 20. Become restless when something is going on.
  • 21. Behave very competitively.
  • 22. Revile in return when I am being reviled.
  • 23. Dislike a single person.
  • 24. Get upset.
  • 25. Feel it is hard to bear when I have to suffer reproach.
  • 26. Think that anything is annoying.
  • 27. Think that anyone or anything is standing in my way.
  • 28. Feel that I am ever unfortunate.
  • 29. Feel that I am ever disappointed.
  • 30. Feel that I have been deceived.
  • 31. Desire better or more delicious food, clothing, furnishings, or other earthly things.
  • 32. Feel aggrieved that I have received the spouse that I have or that I have no spouse.
  • All misery is disposed of by simply believing this one scripture! No wonder Paul writes that the gospel is a power unto salvation for everyone who believes.

Believing Romans 8:28 necessarily leads to:

  • 1. Profound peace and rest in God.
  • 2. Uninterrupted happiness.
  • 3. A powerful, heavenly joy.
  • 4. A rock-solid, overcoming life.
  • 5. A faithful mind and a faithful life.
  • 6. Souls gaining confidence in you.
  • 7. A fruitful and blessed life.
  • 8. Wisdom.
  • 9. Strength.
  • Believing Romans 8:28 begets:

  • 1. Men and women who are equipped for every good work.
  • 2. Churches.
  • 3. Capable servants and leaders in the churches.
  • If a person has read and heard God’s Word for many years and these good and glorious results have failed to materialize, this is the best evidence of whether the person has believed the Word that he has read and heard.

If anyone now thinks that these fruits are desirable, then cultivate the tree with great care!
