Suspicion

Suspicion

When we thoroughly consider what suspicion actually is, we discover that it is an extremely sad and meaningless evil.

The world is so full of sin and evil that no one can manage to grieve over a hundred thousand millionth part of all the sin that actually exists. But what do people do when they are suspicious? They are grieved, oppressed, plagued, terrified, and anxious, besides bothering others because of a sin one suspects might exist.

This sin that one does not know exists, for which there is no evidence that it does exist, this sin causes a person much grief while the entire world is full of provable sin over which people do not grieve.

There is enough sin and sorrow and affliction already over which to grieve without afflicting yourself and others with something that does not exist.

Be finished with such meaningless nonsense!!!
