Judgment

Judgment. Light is judgment. In other words, Jesus’ light is judgment. When Jesus’ life becomes our life, this life judges that which is not born of God. Judgment begins with God’s house, which house we are. Loving Jesus means loving the judgment that is pronounced over everything that is not of Him and which has, as its source, my nature according to the flesh.

God sentenced Jesus’ flesh to death because the flesh cannot obey God. What was previously impossible was carried out in that flesh: sin was condemned to death.
