Crossroads! Stop, Look and Listen!

1. Be hospitable, but don’t abuse hospitality when you are the guest.

2. It is good to work in every place and in every way—just don’t forget the collection box.

3. Do not praise anyone too highly; the seed is in danger until the harvest.

4. Don’t dress two ways, plainly when you go to the meeting and fashionably when you want to make a good impression according to the flesh.

5. It can be profitable to sit near the collection box and observe now and then.

6. It is possible to say many things in a testimony, but those who seek God’s honor are honest and without guile.

7. Self-consciousness is usually linked to showing partiality. If you are saved from the latter, then you will quite naturally be freed from the former.
