230. Questions for Consideration and Requiring Answers

1). Why, as a rule, does today’s preaching never go any further than the forgiveness of sins?

2). If the life, death, and resurrection of Christ offer us no more than the forgiveness of sins, then prove it with Scripture.

3). If the Helper is to teach us all things and bring to our remembrance all things that Jesus has said, why then is there so much ignorance? John 14:26.

4). When Jesus prays that all the believers might be one (John 17:21-23), yes, perfectly one, and that the enmity is put to death on the cross (Eph. 2:16), where then does all the division and disunity among God’s people come from?
